With the 2021-22 NFL season sadly coming to an end last week, casual sports bettors must be itching for some more action in other sports. Although it isn’t what is used to be, the NBA All-Star Game is actually the perfect event to attack for those looking for a Sunday sweat.

Luckily for you, we’ve found the 2022 prop bet that’s nearly guaranteed to make you a few extra bucks during the All-Star Game. Let’s cash some tickets!

NBA All-Star Game odds, point spread, total

We’re right in the middle of NBA All-Star Weekend, and yes, you can bet on every event from the Skills Competition to the All-Star Game itself. Obi Toppin cashed at +200 odds for winning the Slam Dunk Contest, and massive underdog Karl Anthony-Towns won the 3-Point Contest and made his 12-to-1 backers very, very happy.

As for the All-Star Game, you can bet on the point spread, total, player props, and even who will win MVP. Check out the betting odds below:

Spread: Team LeBron -6 (-115), Team Durant +6 (-105)
Total: Over 324 (-125), Under 324 (+105)
Moneyline: Team LeBron (-240), Team Durant (+195)

Giannis Antetokounmpo (+450), Ja Morant (+550), and LeBron James (+600) are the top three favorites to win MVP.

The Nikola Jokic player prop you have to bet

Most bettors will look to bet the spread or total of this year’s NBA All-Star Game, but we’re honing in on a player prop to target in this Sunday’s event.

Nikola Jokic, who will be starting for Team LeBron this year, has a point total set at 11.5 for the ASG. That means if you bet his over, the Denver Nuggets superstar will have to score at least 12 points in the game to cash your bet.

But we’re not going over. We’re going under.

I know, I know. No one wants to bet an under in a game with absolutely no defense, especially one on the reigning MVP of the league. But just hear me out.

Why Jokic under 11.5 points is the best bet of the 2022 All-Star Game

Jokic has played in three NBA All-Star Games in his career (2019-21). He attempted just four shots in all three of those appearances, and he’s never scored more than six points in the ASG.

Last year, Jokic made his first start in the event and played 19 minutes. He finished with only six points on 3-for-4 shooting. The Serbian simply doesn’t like to show off on All-Star Sunday like some of the other superstars do. He’s totally content with sitting in the background and setting up his teammates with creative passes. It’s what he does best, anyway.

And just check out the other starters on Team LeBron. LeBron James (duh), Stephen Curry, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and DeMar DeRozan will be on the court with Jokic for most of the game. Who do you think will take the fewest shots of that bunch?

Forget the spread and total of the 2022 All-Star Game. Jokic under 11.5 points is the easiest bet for this year’s event.
