The fantasy football playoffs are now in full swing in most leagues around the world. For the owners who are fortunate enough to still be playing at this point in the season, finding the right matchups has become increasingly difficult, and increasingly important. Here is a look at five running backs with favorable fantasy matchups in Week 15 of the 2014 NFL season.

1. Matt Forte, Chicago Bears
Forte and the Bears will be taking on the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football in Week 15. The Saints are giving up the third-most fantasy per game in the league to running backs this season, and Forte should have an expanded role in the Bears’ offense with wide receiver Brandon Marshall now on Injured Reserve. Fantasy owners can expect a big Monday night performance out of the seventh-year pro from Tulane in Week 15.
2. Arian Foster, Houston Texans
Foster has been having an All-Pro caliber year and that should continue in Week 15 against the Indianapolis Colts. The Texans’ running back ran for 109 yards and two touchdowns against Indianapolis in Week 6, and should come close to those numbers again this week as the Colts are giving up the seventh-most fantasy points per game in the league to running backs this season.
3. Justin Forsett, Baltimore Ravens
Forsett has exploded onto the NFL scene in 2014 rushing for 1,080 yards and eight touchdowns and catching 37 pass for 234 yards. The seventh-year pro out of Cal looks primed for a big fantasy game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 15. The Jaguars defense is giving up the sixth-most fantasy points per game in the league to running backs this season making the well-rounded Forsett a must-start fantasy running back in Week 15.
4. Le’Veon Bell, Pittsburgh Steelers
Bell has been sensational in his second year in the NFL, and his 1,231 rushing yards for the season trail only Dallas Cowboys’ running back DeMarco Murray 2014 total. In Week 15, Bell will be facing the Atlanta Falcons, and the Falcons’ defense happens to be giving up the most fantasy points per game in the league to running backs this season. Fantasy owners should expect huge numbers out of Bell against the Falcons this week.
5. Jamaal Charles, Kansas City Chiefs
Charles and the Chiefs lost to the Oakland Raiders in Week 12, and will be looking to redeem themselves for that loss in Week 15. The good news for fantasy owners with Charles in their lineup is that the Raiders are giving up the fifth-most fantasy points per game in the league to running backs in 2014. Couple that with the fact that Charles had 122 total yards and a touchdown in their last meeting, and it’s hard not to project a big fantasy week out of the three-time All-Pro running back in Week 15.
