5 Waiver Wire Pickups For Your Fantasy Football Team in Week 10

The march towards the playoffs has ramped up another notch with their being just a few weeks before fantasy football leagues nearing postseason action. Although the waiver wire has begun to thin out a bit, there are still some intriguing options out there that could give your team the extra needed push forward. Here are five options you should consider ahead of Week 10 action.

5. Ronald Jones

The Tampa Buccaneers may continue to fall short in the win column, but the team has some intriguing potential fantasy options beyond Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. The USC product has been fantasy relevant at specific points of the season, showing the ability to be a factor out of the backfield.

That was certainly the case in Week 9 against the Seattle Seahawks as he had 18 carries for 67 rushing yards and a touchdown along with two catches for 15 receiving yards. The most telling part from that all is that Peyton Barber had just four carries in the contest.

It has been a split-carry game plan with Barber and Jones, which has made it difficult to trust the latter entirely. However, it’s worth a shot to add him if the workload trend from Week 9 continues.

4. Hunter Renfrow

ESPN: 2.9% OWNED

The Oakland Raiders have been one of the more pleasant surprises this season as they have split their first eight games that have them in the mix to make a possible run towards the playoffs. It has also seen some young offensive pieces step up in bigger roles as of late.

One of which has been rookie wide receiver Hunter Renfrow, who has notched back-to-back double-digit fantasy outputs with at least four catches, 50 receiving yards and a touchdown in each game. Renfrow has become a bigger target in the red zone that could be a consistent trend moving forward this season.

3. DeVante Parker

ESPN: 22.9% OWNED

Finally, it happened. The Miami Dolphins grabbed their first win of the season by topping the New York Jets. The Dolphins have mainly been a dumpster fire this year, but the team has had some bright spots, such as the play from Parker.

The veteran wideout has continued to provide consistent production over the last several weeks as he has notched double-digit fantasy performances in each of the previous five weeks. That includes at least a touchdowns in all but one game over that span while making four catches four times.

What makes Parker even more appealing is that Preston Williams is expected to miss time, which should result in a heavier workload his way. If the Louisville product is available, add him.

2. Zach Pascal

ESPN: 6.8% OWNED

The Indianapolis have had their fair share of notable injuries this season that have seen some of its key players deal with nagging ailments. That has impacted their wide receiver core as Pro Bowler T.Y. Hilton has continued to be sidelined, which has opened the door to Zach Pascal taking on a larger role.

Pascal has been one of the Colts’ most productive wideouts over the last three weeks with at least five catches for 75 receiving yards and a touchdown twice over that stretch. As long as Hilton remains sidelined, he will stay a highly reliable passing game option for Indianapolis regardless of who is under center.

1. Ravens D/ST

ESPN: 33.9% OWNED

Throughout the season, the Ravens defense has had their moments where they can be relied upon. They have certainly shown that over the last couple of weeks with back-to-back double-digit fantasy point outputs.

Baltimore should be in line to make it three in a row going against a reeling Cincinnati Bengals team that has made the switch at quarterback from longtime starter Andy Dalton. If they are available in your league, swipe them up for this highly favorable Week 10 matchup.
