Wade spent 17 years playing in the NBA. He evolved into one of the NBA greats, and his career was very impressive. He won three NBA championships, all with the Miami Heat, and he has other notable accolades on his resume. Early in his career, Wade made a name for himself, and he was the face of the Heat franchise. He helped the Heat win their first NBA title in franchise history in 2006, and he was named the Finals MVP.

On the court, Wade was a complete player. He knew how to score and make big-time plays. Wade was a high-level defender as well and did not back down from anyone. During his career, he was also in the conversation of top players in the league. You can’t mention the Heat without talking about Wade and what he did for that franchise. During his final NBA season, he had a farewell tour where many teams around the league paid their respects to Wade and the great career that he had. As a fan, you never want to see players like Wade retire because they meant so much to the NBA. But everything must come to an end, and Wade ended his career on a good note. It wasn’t long before the Heat retired Wade’s No. 3 jersey, and he will forever hang up at American Airlines Arena.
