It consists of 80% plant-based foods — vegetables and whole grains. He supplements the remaining 20% with lean meat from grass-fed organic animals.
In a day, Brady consumes 12-25 glasses of water. His morning routine consists of a pre-workout smoothie and a post-workout protein shake, then eggs and avocado for breakfast.
