The fantasy football playoffs are upon us, making finding the right matchups and starting the right lineups more important than ever. Here is a look at four tight end who have favorable fantasy matchups in Week 15 of the 2014 NFL season.

1.  Jimmy Graham, New Orleans Saints

Graham has been practically non-existent in the Saints’ passing attack over their last two games catching only three passes for 11 yards over that stretch. Fortunately for Graham — and his fantasy owners — the Saints will be playing the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football in Week 15. Chicago happens to be giving up the most fantasy points per game in the league to tight ends this season, which leads me to believe Graham will break out of his slump in a big way.

2.  Larry Donnell, New York Giants

Donnell and the Giants will be playing the Washington Redskins, who are giving up the second-most fantasy points per game in the league this season, in Week 15. Donnell is averaging just over six targets per game in 2014, and should see at least that many against the Redskins. Fantasy owners should expect at least five catches and 50-plus receiving yards out of Donnell this week, and the odds are in favor of the second-year tight end catching a touchdown pass as well.

3.  Delanie Walker, Tennessee Titans

Walker is the leading receiver for the Titans with 48 catches for 700 yards in 2014, and Tennessee’s Week 15 matchup against the New York Jets projects to be another big game for Walker. The Jets are giving up the fifth-most fantasy points per game in the league to tight ends this season, and they will have issues defending Walker, who is averaging seven targets per game in 2014. Don’t be surprised to see Walker reach double-digit targets in this matchup between struggling 2-11 teams.

4.  Jordan Cameron, Cleveland Browns

Injuries have caused Cameron to be a bit of a fantasy disappointment in 2014, but the 2013 Pro Bowler is now healthy and has an excellent matchup in Week 15. The Browns will be playing the Cincinnati Bengals who are giving up the 10th-most fantasy points per game in the league to tight ends this season, and given new Cleveland starting quarterback Johnny Manziel’s style of play, fantasy owners can expect Cameron to be targeted early and often this week against the Bengals.
