Patrick Mahomes Clears Things up on Epic Troll Job After the Chiefs Annihilated the Raiders

The wheels on the bus go round and round. They sure do. The Kansas City Chiefs demolished the Las Vegas Raiders by a score of 48-9 as Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City continue to roll. After the game, the Chiefs uniquely trolled the Raiders as Mahomes and company got the last laugh on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.

The Chiefs obliterated Las Vegas after the Raiders’ pregame huddle

Before the game, the Raiders huddled up on the Chiefs logo and got excited. Shortly after, they weren’t too keen. The first play from scrimmage was a Josh Jacobs touchdown that resulted in a Kansas City touchdown.

Then, the Chiefs scored 28 more points to go into the half with a 35-3 lead and wound up winning the game by 39 points in a lopsided victory.

The Raiders were feeling good after topping the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium during the 2020 season. But this time, it wasn’t so pretty and the situation in Las Vegas continues to trend in the wrong direction after a promising 3-0 start to the season.

After the game, the Chiefs sent the Raiders away with an interesting song choice — and Mahomes clarified on that.

Interesting song choice, right?

Sure, it’s a classic song, but there are other reasons why the Chiefs played this after a complete demolition of the Raiders.

After the game, Mahomes spoke on the team’s mindset coming into this game after Las Vegas topped them in the 2020 season and proceeded to take a “victory lap” around Arrowhead.

Well, that explains it. Who is laughing now?

The Raiders looked bad once again, except for Hunter Renfrow, who finished the game with 13 catches for 117 yards and a touchdown. Other than that, there isn’t anything exciting about how Rich Bisaccia’s team played on Sunday.

So, the Raiders victory lap Arrowhead last season, then huddle up pregame on the Chiefs logo. The result? A complete massacre in every way, shape, or form.

It wasn’t close, and the Raiders didn’t score a touchdown until the third quarter — and they proceeded to miss the point after.

Just a massive yikes.

Things weren’t looking too promising for Kansas City mere weeks ago. They started the season 3-4 and had severe doubts about whether or not they would even win the AFC West.

Now, those arguments can be put to rest for one more week. Since Halloween, the Chiefs have won six in a row and have a huge matchup on Thursday Night Football with the Los Angeles Chargers.

However, the Chargers topped them earlier this season and both teams are neck and neck in the AFC West division race after LA knocked off the New York Giants on Sunday.

Nonetheless, the Chiefs are back, and the defense from Kansas City continues to shock the league as they push for a first-round bye and a shot to make a third straight Super Bowl.

Unfortunately for the Raiders, no victory lap this time.
