Newton ended the game with 274 yards passing, to go along with zero touchdowns, zero interceptions, and completing 27 of 35 passes. This performance led to a 99.00 passer rating for Newton.
Rex Burkhead and Damien Harris led the rushing game for the Patriots. Burkhead rushed for 56 yards from carrying the football 12 times.
