The Carolina Panthers outlasted the Atlanta Falcons in a tantalizing victory of 23-16, Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020 in Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. For the win, Teddy Bridgewater threw for 313 yards, and two touchdowns. The Panthers also relied on a rushing game that produced 124 yards and no rushing touchdowns.

Bridgewater finished the game completing 27 of 37 passes, to lead the way for the Panthers. He ended up with an overall QB rating of 116.20, coming from a performance that included 313 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions for the game.

The ground game for the Panthers saw Trenton Cannon carrying the football 2 times, and Mike Davis helping with rushing the ball 16 times. The two rushers produced minus one yard and 89 yards respectively in a winning effort. The passing game for the Panthers had Bridgewater throwing the football to Robby Anderson and D.J. Moore as his most productive targets. Anderson caught eight passes for a net gain of 112 yards. The secondary target (Moore) caught four passes for a net contribution of 93 yards.
