The Dolphins Knocked Off the Rams in a Gritty 28-17 Win

Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020 in Hard Rock Stadium in Miami was a day of celebration for the Miami Dolphins fans, as their team knocked off the Los Angeles Rams in a 28-17 victory. The Dolphins rode a rushing game that produced 55 yards and one rushing touchdown, to go along with a Tua Tagovailoa performance of 93 yards, one touchdown.

Tagovailoa helped the Dolphins in this victory by attempting 22 passes and completing 12 of them. This led to a final QB production of 93 yards, no interceptions and one touchdown for the game.

The ground game for the Dolphins saw Matt Breida carrying the football 4 times, and Myles Gaskin helping with rushing the ball 18 times. The two rushers produced 13 yards and 47 yards respectively in a winning effort. The passing game for the Dolphins had Tagovailoa throwing the football to Preston Williams and Jakeem Grant as his most productive targets. Williams caught two passes for a net gain of 15 yards. The secondary target (Grant) caught one pass for a net contribution of 15 yards.

The Dolphins were helped by a defensive effort that resulted in two sacks, and one tackle for loss, to go along with two forced fumbles, with one defensive touchdown.
