The 2025 German Darts Grand Prix draw sees the PDC Order of Merit Top 16 in action from Sunday onwards in Munich, Germany.

Defending champion Luke Humphries aims to go back-to-back as the defending champion, with Michael van Gerwen looking for a record fourth German Darts Grand Prix title in just seven years.

The fourth European Tour event of the year is almost upon us as the 2025 German Darts Grand Prix takes centre stage in Munich this Easter weekend.

The German Darts Grand Prix draw is now complete, with the Top 16 darts players on the PDC Order of Merit automatically qualifying for Round 2.

The 32 players who have qualified for Round 1 have been filled by 16 Pro Tour qualifiers, 10 Tour Card qualifiers, four Host National qualifiers, one Nordic & Baltic qualifier and one East European qualifier.

The Round 1, Round 2, Last 16 and quarter-finals matches are all the best of 11 legs. The two semi-finals are best of 13 legs, with the Final on Monday night the best of 15 legs.

There is also £175,000 in total German Darts Grand Prix prize money up for grabs, with the eventual winning bagging the £30,000 maximum purse.

German Darts Grand Prix Draw Could Throw Up Some Tasty Round 2 Matches

The draw for Round 1 of the German Darts Grand Prix has now officially taken place, with a total of 16 matches in Round 1 on Saturday in Munich.

The pick of the Round 1 ties sees an all-English clash between Luke Woodhouse and Scott Williams, as well as Dirk van Duijvenbode vs Krzystof Ratajski being another of the tastiest ties on paper.

Defending champion and world number one Luke Humphries will play the winner of Joe Cullen vs Adam Paxton in Round 2, with either Daryl Gurney or Andy Boulton meeting Luke Littler in the second round.

Mike de Decker and Niels Zonneveld are battling to see who plays three-time champion Michael van Gerwen in Round 2, with the in-form Gerwyn Price meeting either Brendan Dolan or Kevin Doets in Round 2.

2025 German Darts Grand Prix Draw

The Top 16 players in the official PDC Order of Merit automatically qualify for Round 2 of the 2025 German Darts Grand Prix.

Round 1 sees 16 matches between 32 players who have qualified through different ways. 16 players qualified for this European Tour 4 event through the Pro Tour Order of Merit.

A further 10 players are Tour Card qualifiers, with four Host Nation qualifiers, one Nordic & Baltic qualifier and one East European qualifier. That makes the 48 man field.

The 16 players who win their Round 1 matches will face one of the PDC Order of Merit Top 16 players in Round 2. The draw is as follows:
