The revolutionary football competition will enter the United Kingdom for the first time on March 24th, as a host of star names manage a six-aside team.

Former players like Gary Lineker, Alan Shearer, Micah Richards, John Terry, Jens Lehman, Luis Figo and Ian Wright will take a place in the managerial position.

Some of the biggest online influencers, celebrities and musicians will also take charge of a team, with Dave, Miniminter, TBJZL, Angry Ginge and Maya Jama also appearing.

The Baller League UK President is also a huge name, as KSI, takes charge of the tournament and is one of the biggest names – boasting the most followers on social media.

After the initial player draft on Monday 10th March, the squads were formed and consist of some former professional players alongside some semi-professionals.

This is not your typical football tournament, as it contains some interesting additions including, rolling substitutes, 30 minute matches and no corners (if the ball goes off three times for a ‘corner’ the a penalty is awarded to the winning team).

The Baller League will run for 11 weeks and the teams that finish in the top four will enter a play-off stage before a final match to crown a winner

It’s main USP is the ‘gamechangers’ which are different stipulations that are added at certain parts of the match, these include changing to 3v3, m making long-range goals worth double and temporarily removing the goalkeepers ability to use their hands.

For those looking to watch the UK Baller League on Monday 24th March, then you can choose from a plethora of ways to enjoy the series of matches.

The first and notable method is through Sky Sports, as the iconic sports broadcaster made headlines after purchasing the TV rights.

Specifically, the six matches will be shown on Sky Sports Mix, and coverage will begin at 17:00 in the United Kingdom.
