Latest Chelsea Manager Odds – Rodgers Set For Prem Return?

With Chelsea’s form continuing to suffer, the next Chelsea manager betting odds market is getting plenty of interest with current Blues boss Enzo Maresca coming under fire.
And there’s a new name at the top of the list, according to the SportsCasting traders.
Brendan Rodgers Favourite In The Next Chelsea Manager Odds Market
With things beginning to turn sour for Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca, our traders at SportsCasting and best football betting sites in the UK decided to create the next Chelsea manager betting odds market.
Club director Jonathan Goldstein recently reassured Maresca of his position until the end of the season, yet fan patience is waning as Champions League hopes fade.
As a result, the experts are suggesting the Blues might hire Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers – but opinions are divided on whether this would be a good appointment.
Plenty of clubs would be eager to appoint the Northern Irishman, who is on course to win another domestic treble with the Glasgow club.
The former Leicester manager is no stranger to Stamford Bridge, having worked at the club as head youth coach and then as manager of the reserve team.
With Chelsea’s season being at a critical juncture, they may need a quick fix and someone more readily available than previous favourite Carlo Ancelotti, who is still battling for the La Liga title and the Champions League with Real Madrid.
SportsCasting traders think Rodgers would be prepared to jump ship during the season, having done exactly that when he joined Leicester in 2019.

Commentary: sportscasting.com/uk spokesman Shane Orton reacted to our ‘Next Chelsea Manager Odds’ saying:
“Enzo Maresca started strongly at Chelsea. However, since 22nd December, Chelsea have had a bad run in the league and have also exited the FA Cup.
“The defeat to Aston Villa further deepened the Blues’ misery as their poor of form continues.
“Our trading team believes Brendan Rodgers could be the ideal replacement for Maresca if Todd Boehly decides to make a change before this season ends.
“Legendary manager Carlo Ancelotti would be an ideal man to take the reins, if Chelsea were able to muddle their way towards the end of the season. However, with their form dipping at an alarming rate, they may feel the need to act sooner.
“Andoni Iraola’s Bournemouth is exceeding expectations and competing for European qualification this season. The Chelsea hierarchy are believed to be admirers of Iraola and could see him as the man to take them forward.
Could The Next Chelsea Manager Be Andoni Iraola?
Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola has plenty of admirers in the game, having turned the Cherries from relegation battlers to European hopefuls.
The Spaniard became the manager of the Vitality Stadium club in June 2023 and has significantly improved their fortunes since then.
The brand of football played by Bournemouth is considered to be exciting, which would likely sit well with the Chelsea fanbase.
Enzo Maresca started well at Stamford Bridge, but their form has significantly dipped, making Iraola a potential candidate in the next Chelsea manager odds market.
Simone Inzaghi and Unai Emery Also In The Running To Be Next Chelsea Manager
According to best betting sites in the UK, the next name in the market is Inter Milan manager Simone Inzaghi and you can see why given the job he is doing at the Italian giants.
The 48-year-old won last season’s Serie A title and, moreover, led his club to the Champions League final in 2023.
Chelsea are no stranger to Italian managers having been coached by Maurizio Sarri, Antonio Conte, Ancelotti, Claudio Ranieri and Gianluca Vialli.
Of the rest, Aston Villa boss Unai Emery has turned his side into consistent European contenders – and the Chelsea football ownership will no doubt be taking note of this.
