The 2024 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe is the biggest horse race on the planet this weekend, so for a bit of fun we decided to ask the AI Supercomputer which horse will win the richest race in Europe at Longchamp on Sunday?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Maximum Of 16 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe Runners Will Head To Paris<\/strong><\/h2>\n

There will be a maximum of 16 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe<\/strong> runners<\/strong><\/a> heading to post at Longchamp in Paris on Sunday and with two winning favourites<\/a> and a massive 72\/1 outsider winning in the last three runnings – it’s certainly a race that anything can win.<\/p>\n

With a big field, then having plenty of luck in-running over the 1m4f trip to avoid any traffic problems can also be the difference between winning and losing this top horse racing<\/a> contest.<\/p>\n

While the key Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe trends<\/a> also tell us that 17 of the last 22 winners have been drawn in stalls 8 or lower. Plus, we’ve also only seen four winners aged 5+ since 1976 and that 16 of the last 22 winners had won at least five times before.<\/p>\n

But, despite these key stats being able to tell us which horses have then best profiles based on past winners – we still thought we’d ask an AI Supercomputer who will win the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe.<\/p>\n

Supercomputer Reveals Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe Shock Winner<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Having fired in the million dollar question to the Supercomputer – which horse will win the 2024 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe <\/strong>on Sunday 6th October?<\/em> – it wasn’t the answer most horse racing fans would be expecting to see.<\/p>\n

With the three Arc favourites with the best horse racing betting sites in the UK<\/a> – Sosie, Look De Vega and the Japanese raider Shin Emperor nowhere to be seen.<\/p>\n

With that in mind – let’s waste no more time in revealing just what the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe Supercomputer said.<\/p>\n

A sunny afternoon at Paris Longchamp set the stage for the 2024 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, one of the most prestigious races in the world. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sixteen of the finest thoroughbreds lined up for the \u20ac5 million prize<\/a> over 2400m of turf. The ground was officially good, with a light breeze blowing across the course.<\/em><\/p>\n

The atmosphere was electric as racing fans from across the globe gathered to witness this marquee event.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The break from the gates was clean, and it was\u00a0Fantastic Moon<\/b>, trained by Sarah Steinberg, who surged to the front, setting a strong early pace.<\/em><\/p>\n

Close behind was\u00a0Survie<\/b>, showing plenty of early speed.\u00a0Shin Emperor<\/b>\u00a0from Japan settled in third on the rail, with the highly-regarded\u00a0Continuous<\/b>\u00a0tracking the leaders in fourth, and\u00a0Zarakem<\/b>\u00a0sitting comfortably in midfield. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Delius<\/b> also showed some early interest, taking up a position mid-pack.<\/em><\/p>\n

As the field passed the halfway point, jockeys began to manoeuvre for position. Continuous<\/b>, under a well-timed ride by two-time race winner Christophe Soumillon, steadily moved up to challenge the leaders, with Zarakem<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Haya Zark<\/b>\u00a0poised just behind.<\/em><\/p>\n

Look De Vega and Aventure Held Up<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The French-trained filly\u00a0Mqse De Sevigne<\/b>, racing in the colors of Baron Edouard De Rothschild, began to improve her position under jockey Alexis Pouchin, while French Derby winner Look De Vega<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Aventure<\/b>\u00a0were still held up at the rear, conserving energy for the stretch run.<\/em><\/p>\n

Turning into the home straight, it was\u00a0Fantastic Moon<\/b>\u00a0who was the first to come under pressure as the field bunched up.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Survie<\/b>\u00a0began to fade, but\u00a0Continuous<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Zarakem<\/b>\u00a0surged forward to contest the lead.<\/em><\/p>\n

On the outside, the recently supplemented Bluestocking<\/b> unleashed a powerful challenge, and another of the outsiders Haya Zark<\/b>, under a confident ride by UK-based rider William Buick, made a determined bid down the centre of the track.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Race Hots-Up In The Final Furlong at Longchamp<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the final furlong, the race was now on between Zarakem<\/b>,\u00a0Continuous<\/b>, and\u00a0Haya Zark<\/b>, with\u00a0Al Riffa<\/b> staying on strongly from the rear and Sosie<\/b>, who was looking to give top French trainer Andr\u00e9 Fabre a nineth Arc win, <\/b>also making a late bid.<\/em><\/p>\n

As they reached the final 100 meters, it was Zarakem<\/b>, the son of Zarak, who found an extra gear. With jockey Cristian Demuro, who has won two of the last four Arcs, urging him on, Zarakem surged clear to secure victory by just over a length.<\/em><\/p>\n

Behind him, Haya Zark<\/b>\u00a0ran on gamely for second, with\u00a0Continuous<\/b> finishing a close third after a strong performance for Irish trainer Aidan O’Brien.<\/em><\/p>\n

Al Riffa<\/b>, coming from deep in the pack, grabbed fourth ahead of\u00a0Bluestocking<\/b>, who was denied a better placing by her wide run.<\/em><\/p>\n

Mqse De Sevigne<\/b>\u00a0finished a credible sixth, while\u00a0Fantastic Moon<\/b>\u00a0faded late to finish seventh after his early exertions.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The rest of the field was well beaten, with\u00a0Sevenna\u2019s Knight<\/b>\u00a0finishing midfield and\u00a0Shin Emperor<\/b> unable to mount a serious challenge in the closing stages.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

One of the pre-race favourites Survie<\/b>, who had shown early speed, dropped away in the stretch, while\u00a0Sunway<\/b>,\u00a0Los Angeles<\/b>, and\u00a0Look De Vega<\/b>\u00a0were never in contention.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
