However it ended prematurely due to the champion&#8217;s brutal early knockout.<\/p>\n<p>When the pair met back in March, the contest ended in a split draw after a Fight of the Year candidate, but Saturday night only lasted two minutes and 28 seconds. However, he may have to take a few months away from the ring to fully heal.<\/p>\n<p>Clarke wasn&#8217;t the only fighter who left the Kingdom Arena with an injury on Saturday though. In the second fight of the night, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportscasting.com\/uk\/news\/whittaker-cameron-over-the-ropes-finish-twitter-reacts\/\">Ben Whittaker was involved in a controversial stoppage<\/a> which saw his bout with Liam Cameron end early. Whittaker had to be put in a wheelchair after sustaining an injury to his leg (see video below).<\/p>\n<p><a
