I\u2019m Pras and welcome to my weekly series for SportsCasting, where I will be providing my thoughts on my FPL GW10 tips.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

For context, over the last 12 seasons of FPL<\/a> I have achieved four top 10k finishes, including two top 5k finishes. My seasonal average over the last seven seasons is around 21k.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Every week, I\u2019ll be talking about the Captaincy, and 2 picks per position. One the sensible pick, the head if you will. The other is the maverick pick, or the heart. The idea is to give you two options per position to either chance it and go different or be safe and sensible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pras FPL GW10 Tips<\/h2>\n

Captaincy\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n

Head<\/b> \u2013 Last week <\/span>Erling Haaland<\/b>, my triple captain, had four big chances and 2.33 expected goals (xG) against Southampton.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He was very unlucky not to get more than 6 points. There is some momentum to sell the Norwegian this week, something I am considering myself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But that is a longer term move taking into account his price. For this week, after a full rest midweek, he remains a viable captaincy choice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Opponents Bournemouth may have just beaten Arsenal and drawn at Aston Villa but the champions have won all 14 Premier League<\/a> meetings, including recent 6-1, 4-0 and 4-1 thrashings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heart<\/b> \u2013 <\/span>Mo Salah<\/b> is back with a home fixture against Brighton. The Egyptian already has 6 double-digit hauls for the season. He plays a Brighton defence probably missing Lewis Dunk.<\/span><\/p>\n

Defender\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n

Head<\/b> \u2013 No team has conceded fewer expected goals than Liverpool\u2019s 7.08. With\u00a0<\/span>Trent Alexander-Arnold<\/b>, you not only get a mainstay of the tightest defence so far, you also get attacking contributions \u2013 TAA is already on double figure shots for the season so far.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heart<\/b> \u2013 <\/span>Rayan Ait-Nouri<\/b>\u00a0 has three goals and two assists already \u2013 the highest amongst all defenders. There\u2019s a fair chance of a clean sheet as well, Crystal Palace have been poor in front of goal of late, scoring just two goals in their last five matches.<\/span><\/p>\n

Midfielder<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

Head<\/b> \u2013 See captaincy section on Salah above.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heart<\/b> \u2013 Bryan Mbeumo\u2019s inclusion needs little to no explanation with the Brentford talisman in red-hot form. On Monday Night Football, he faces a Fulham team with just one clean sheet all season.<\/span><\/p>\n

Forwards\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n

Head<\/b> \u2013 See captaincy section on Haaland above.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Heart<\/b> \u2013 <\/span>Raul Jimenez<\/b> makes his debut on the article. The Mexican has scored in all three home starts this term while his opponents Brentford have conceded two or more goals in six of their last eight matches and are yet to keep a clean sheet<\/span>.<\/b><\/p>\n
