Hello FPL fans! I\u2019m Pingreen, here to share my top Fantasy Premier League<\/a> picks for Gameweek 11<\/a> and beyond, exclusively on SportsCasting.<\/p>\n

With a 700th finish globally in 2022\/23 and a 1,330th finish last season, my advice has helped plenty of managers climb the ranks\u2014so let\u2019s dive right in.<\/p>\n

Trains, first dates, and Mark Flekken. All things that let me down at the last minute.\u00a0If you also saw a 12-point haul vanish in the last moments of Monday night, it\u2019s time to pick yourself up and go again.<\/p>\n

Pingreen’s FPL Week 11 Tips<\/h2>\n

Captain Pick: Mohamed Salah \u2013 \u00a312.8m \u2013 vs Aston Villa (Home)<\/h3>\n

For the second week running, Liverpool\u2019s Mohamed Salah<\/a> is my captain pick. If you followed my advice last week and captained the Egyptian, you would\u2019ve come away with a nice 18-point haul \u2013 14 more points than those who put their faith in Erling Haaland instead.<\/p>\n

This week, Salah is at home to Aston Villa<\/a> \u2013 perhaps a slightly tougher defence to break down than some. However, after a fantastic midweek performance providing 2 assists and averaging 0.74 xGI per 90 mins this season, there aren\u2019t many defences I wouldn\u2019t back Liverpool\u2019s talisman to get the better of. He\u2019ll also be the one to step up for the penalty if Tyrone Mings decides to pick the ball up in the box again.<\/p>\n

Defender: Diogo Dalot \u2013 \u00a35.1m \u2013 vs Leicester (Home)<\/h3>\n

Dalot is a defender who\u2019s already shown plenty of attacking threat as a fullback, picking up 5 goal contributions in the Premier League<\/a> last campaign. Facing a poor Leicester side who are averaging 1.93 xGA per 90 \u2013 there\u2019s reason to believe he could add to this season\u2019s tally on Sunday.<\/p>\n

What makes Dalot an even more exciting pick in the long run is Ruben Amorim\u2019s<\/a> arrival at Old Trafford next week. Amorim has been known for playing a back three<\/a> with Sporting Lisbon, deploying two very attacking wing-backs \u2013 a role Dalot looks well suited for. If this is the case, he\u2019ll have the freedom to get even higher up the pitch and be one of the most attacking defenders in the game.<\/p>\n

Midfielder: Heung-min Son \u2013 \u00a39.9m \u2013 vs Ipswich (Home)<\/h3>\n

I was really close to making Heung-min Son my captain pick this week before doing the vanilla thing and choosing Salah again. If you held the South Korean through his Gameweek 9 injury, you may have been disappointed to only come away with 4 points and a 55th-minute substitution in his Gameweek 10 outing against Aston Villa.<\/p>\n

However, this weekend could be the one you really strike gold if you\u2019re still lucky enough to have Son in your midfield. There\u2019s every reason to believe the Spurs man could have a field day facing a woeful Ipswich defence who have conceded a league-high 2.1 xGA per 90 in their return to the top flight.<\/p>\n

Striker: Dominic Solanke \u2013 \u00a37.7m \u2013 vs Ipswich (Home)<\/h3>\n

I won\u2019t tell you about Ipswich leaking big chances this season again; I\u2019ve just done that. Instead, I\u2019ll just tell you why Solanke is great.<\/p>\n

The Spurs front man is averaging 0.75 xGI per 90 \u2013 only behind Bukayo Saka, Nicolas Jackson, Cole Palmer, and Haaland for players who have started over 6 games. After a string of disappointing weeks, he finally rewarded owners with a 16-point haul last weekend \u2013 which should give him plenty of confidence going into this one.<\/p>\n
