Jake Paul bets have been slowly rolling in despite many fans predicting Mike Tyson to prevail on Friday. Such is the supreme confidence in his own ability that Paul made a series of outlandish bets of his own in a wild press conference on Wednesday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jake Paul Bets Entire \u00a331m Purse on Himself<\/h2>\n

As far as Jake Paul boxing press conferences go, Wednesday’s affair was decidedly tame.<\/p>\n

His opponent Mike Tyson<\/a> appeared somewhat disinterested in the theatrics, despite Paul’s best efforts to stir up controversy.<\/p>\n

The self-professed “Problem Child” even went as far as putting his money where his mouth is, and fired off a series of wagers with fellow boxers and undercard fighters<\/a> who were doubting him ahead of Friday’s fight.<\/p>\n

After being asked who they thought would win the fight, several undercard fighters were offered $1m bets by an agitated Paul. Neeraj Goyat wagered his property in his home nation of India, Melinda Watpool bet a ring, and Dana Coolwell offered $20.<\/p>\n

Katie Taylor<\/a>, who will face the Jake Paul-endorsed Amanda Serrano<\/span> in the night’s co-main event, jokingly took the wagering frenzy to a new level, asking Paul to bet his entire $40m (\u00a331m) purse.<\/p>\n

Approaching Taylor’s table Paul said: “How much do you want to bet?”<\/p>\n

Slightly taken aback by the request, Taylor then proceeded to pull out a tongue-in-cheek line: “Do you want to bet your purse?”<\/p>\n
