Chelsea<\/a> emerged with maximum points from their first game back following the international break, continuing their push for a place in the Premier League<\/a> title race.<\/p>\n

The visitors were dominant in terms of both possession and territory for most of the match, with strikes from Nicolas Jackson and Enzo Fernandez gaining them a lead that was unassailable in the end.<\/p>\n

Following a dominant first-half display, Chelsea led 1-0 at the break, but perhaps walked down the tunnel with a tint of regret having not capitalised further on their supremacy.<\/p>\n

The Blues had 70% of the ball and had generated an xG of 0.78 in the opening 45 \u2013 compared to the hosts’ 0.27 xG. However, they only had Jackson’s superbly taken finish to show for their efforts going into the second half.<\/p>\n
