His unusual method of weight cutting involves drinking half a litre of wine:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I drink half a litre of wine, and you know that on Thursday it&#8217;s a very hard night for every fighter because it\u2019s a day before weigh-ins so it&#8217;s hard to sleep, it\u2019s hard to rest, but I drink half a litre of wine,&#8221;<\/em> revealed the UFC Featherweight Champion.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I get very buzzed and I have such a great time with everybody, we change the atmosphere, you know, we don&#8217;t think about the fighting. Then I go to sleep like a baby and I wake up in the morning 2lbs less because of dehydration.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Everyone&#8217;s drunk, everyone&#8217;s happy, we have a party. Sometimes it&#8217;s even better to be mentally good than physically good,&#8221;<\/em> the Spaniard told Bisping.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportscasting.com\/uk\/news\/ilia-topuria-wife\/\">Ilia Topuria<\/a>&#8216;s unique approach to weight making certainly hasn&#8217;t caused any harm thusfar.
