Sam Brown, Senior Chief, Midnight River, Horantzau d&#8217;Airy, General En Chef, Colonel Harry, Broadway Boy, Grandero Bello, Kandoo Kid, Galia Des Liteaux, Neon Moon and Iron Bridge.<\/p>\n<p>While the recent winners were just Senior Chief and Grandero Bello.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Coral Gold Cup Weight Trends Throw Up Mixed Results <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>12 months ago, Datsalrightgino carried just 10-7 to victory and the last five winners won with 11st or less.<\/p>\n<p>However, if we go back beyond that we saw a wave of six winners since 2012 carry between 11-1 and 11-6 &#8211; which tells the weight trend is a big mixed at the moment.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Newbury Course Experience Has Been A Positive<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The old <em>&#8216;horses for courses&#8217;<\/em> saying comes to light in the Coral Gold Cup too &#8211; as <strong>Dan Skelton<\/strong> (2022), <strong>Venetia Williams<\/strong> (2021) and <strong>Jonjo O&#8217;Neill<\/strong> (2020) have entries.
