The latest Liverpool injury news indicates that Conor Bradley and Ibrahima Konate are set for an extended spell on the sidelines.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Wednesday night, the Reds returned to the top of the UEFA Champions League table after beating Real Madrid<\/a> 2-0 under the lights at Anfield.<\/p>\n

Arne Slot’s side clinched their stunning victory thanks to goals from Alexis Mac Allister and substitute Cody Gakpo. The Merseysiders are the only team who can still boast a 100% win record this season.<\/p>\n

However, their first win over Los Blancos in 15 years wasn’t all plain sailing. The Reds were victims of collateral damage owing to the injuries suffered by Bradley and Konate.<\/p>\n

Towards the end of the game, Bradley suffered a hamstring problem and was replaced in the 87th minute. A collision with Endrick in the last few seconds saw Konate limp off at full-time clutching his knee.<\/p>\n

Ahead of this weekend’s titanic clash against Manchester City<\/a>, the latest Liverpool injury news makes for grim reading as the Premier League’s top two go head-to-head.<\/p>\n

According to the Physio Scout<\/em><\/a> via X<\/em>, the football injury expert has provided a detailed and in-depth analysis of the potential problems that now face Conor Bradley and Ibrahima Konate.<\/p>\n

“Conor Bradley came off late in the second half with a hamstring injury. Scans will be needed to determine the extent of the injury, as it is hard to analyse time lengths for muscle injuries<\/em>.<\/p>\n

“Didn’t seem like a serious (grade 3) mechanism, but more tightness or smaller strain. The injury seemed to have happened when he was dribbling into Madrid’s box<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

The Physio Scout<\/em> also went on to provide a time frame for how long Bradley could<\/em> be out for. If it’s just tightness, featuring against City is a likely possibility. A grade 1 injury has the potential to rule Bradley out for up to a month.<\/p>\n

In the worst case scenario, the Northern Irish full-back could be out for 4-6 weeks if the injury is to be determined as grade 2.<\/p>\n
