Kim Bailey has a fine recent record with horses returning from a break of 150 days or longer in the early months of the peak jumps season (October to December), scoring with 34 of the 134 qualifiers (25.4% strike-rate) since 2021 for a profit of \u00a351.00 to a \u00a31 level stake at SP (expected winners = 22.15, A\/E = 1.53). CAMPAIGN TRAIL<\/strong> looks a very interesting recruit to hurdles, having recorded form figures on the Flat for Ralph Beckett, since a gelding operation, of 221161 (3-6), with the wins on ground ranging from good through to heavy. He\u2019s been off the track for 409 days but that\u2019s unlikely to be an issue on his stable debut and his yard had a winner here yesterday. The four-year-old has also had a wind operation since we last saw him and can get the better of odds-on favourite No Questions Asked who might find this race coming too soon after his Carlisle reappearance maiden hurdle win just 19 days ago.<\/p>\n

DEMNAT (system \u2013 Venetia Williams handicap chasers in November)<\/h3>\n

In-form Venetia Williams has a cracking record with her handicap chasers in the month of November, saddling 132 winners from 651 runners (20.3% strike-rate) this century (prior to yesterday\u2019s racing) for a profit of \u00a3214.04 to a \u00a31 level stake at SP. DEMNAT was a winner at Ludlow on his return from a mammoth absence (961 days) in February and first time out could be when to catch him.<\/p>\n
