Manchester United have reportedly named their price for Marcus Rashford who they could look to sell during the January transfer window.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rashford<\/a> has enjoyed a mini-resurgence under new boss Ruben Amorim<\/a>. He has three Premier League goals in four matches under the Portuguese boss.<\/p>\n

However, that is not enough to nail down a might not be enough to save his future at Old Trafford. The last two games against Arsenal<\/a> and Nottingham Forest saw him come off the bench.<\/p>\n

After scoring 30 goals in his first season under Erik ten Hag<\/a>, his form came into question last season as he struggled for goals.<\/p>\n

He also made the headlines for the wrong reasons last season with disciplinary issues drawing criticism from his former boss Ten Hag.<\/p>\n

Reports this week suggested that United<\/a> would be ‘open to selling’<\/a> Rashford and now have named his price.<\/p>\n

The Price Manchester United Would Sell Marcus Rashford For<\/h2>\n

As reported by the Daily Mail,<\/a> Manchester United have named their price and would consider offers of \u00a340m for Marcus Rashford in the January transfer window.<\/p>\n

It’s said that his valuation would have been as much as \u00a3100m after his 30-goal season in 2022-23.<\/p>\n

United though are believed to accept that it is unlikely that they will have any bidders for the England international in January.<\/p>\n

Should they not receive any serious offers in January, United would be open to a sale next summer.<\/p>\n

Why Manchester United Could Sell Rashford<\/h3>\n

While his form has improved, the academy graduate is not immune from being moved on. However, they would still like to get a decent sum for Marcus Rashford given his price of \u00a340m.<\/p>\n

His mammoth wages may also be a key reason in getting the striker off their books. Freeing up Rashford\u2019s<\/a> reported \u00a3325,00-a-week wage would benefit United\u2019s Financial Fair Play (FFP) situation.<\/p>\n

Alternative options would be selling Kobbie Mainoo<\/a> or Alejandro Garnacho. However, that is something the club wants to avoid as they are viewed as the future of Manchester United.<\/p>\n

As reported by the Mail, the club are struggling to comply with PSR rules. This is after posting losses of \u00a3300m over the last three years.<\/p>\n

They then spent \u00a3200m in the summer and did not expect to have to pay out an additional \u00a321.4m to replace Ten Hag.<\/p>\n
