Manchester United are reportedly in talks to loan out Antony by the end of the January transfer window.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Brazilian winger has failed to live up to his \u00a385m price tag which the Red Devils forked out in the summer of 2022.<\/p>\n

Erik ten<\/a> Hag struggled to get the best out of a player who he previously coached at Ajax. Antony has failed to make much progress under Ruben Amorim either – restricted to substitute appearances or being left on the bench.<\/p>\n

Reports in November suggested that Amorim had already decided that Antony’s future didn’t lie at Manchester United<\/a> – which could be why the Brazilian might leave during the January transfer window.<\/p>\n

Former Manchester United<\/a> assistant Rene Meulensteen also claimed that his attitude didn’t sit well with his team-mates.<\/p>\n

Clubs Considering January Loan Move For Manchester United Winger<\/h2>\n

Sky Sports<\/a> have reported that multiple clubs are in talks with Manchester United over signing Antony on loan.<\/p>\n

It’s said that Real Betis are among the clubs who have expressed interest in the Brazilian winger.<\/p>\n

Betis are in the market for a winger after Assane Diao left the La Liga club for Serie A side Como.<\/p>\n

A loan move could be more viable given that Antony has a contract with the club until 2027.<\/p>\n

Given Manchester United<\/a> spent \u00a385m, they will be hoping to recoup as much of that as they can get if they were to sell him in the January transfer window.<\/p>\n

Antony\u2019s Old Trafford Struggles<\/h3>\n

Antony’s difficult spell at Manchester United has led to reports he could leave during the January transfer window.<\/p>\n

Since his \u00a385m move from Ajax, he has made 96 appearances and scored 12 goals. However, many of those appearances over the past two years have come off the bench.<\/p>\n

This season he has made six Premier League appearances without any goal contributions.<\/p>\n

Antony isn’t the only winger who could leave Manchester United this month.<\/p>\n
