Novak Djokovic called out Tim Henman live on air over the Brits comments about Andy Murray being his coach.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Djokovic added the two-time Wimbledon winner to his team at the back end of last year. Murray has been seen spotted in his box during the 2025 Australian Open.<\/p>\n

When Djokovic announced Murray<\/a> as his coach in November, the tennis world was shocked at the partnership. Henman confessed he would love to see them “shouting and screaming<\/em>” at each other.<\/p>\n

Whether those comments were meant in jest or not, Djokovic certainly didn’t forget what the former British star said at the time.<\/p>\n

What Did Novak Djokovic Say To Tim Henman?<\/h2>\n

The 24-time Grand Slam champion was talking on Eurosport after his third round victory at Melbourne. When the presenters were rounding off the interview, Djokovic took his opportunity to fire back.<\/p>\n

“Look, I saw what Tim posted a few weeks ago. He was really looking forward to me screaming at Andy during the matches<\/em>,” he explained.<\/p>\n

“It might happen but I hope it doesn\u2019t because then he\u2019s going to scream at me and then who knows what<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

Djokovic and Murray had many memorable battles on the tennis<\/a> court. In particular the 2013 Wimbledon final where the Brit came out on top.<\/p>\n

Nowadays, the duo are working together and so far, the relationship seems to be blossoming. Djokovic is through to the fourth round Down Under and is fully primed to challenge for his 25th major.<\/p>\n

On the partnership, Djokovic has been full of praise for Murray. The 37-year-old admitted it still feels strange having him on his side.<\/p>\n

“It\u2019s still quite an early phase. It\u2019s a bit strange to have him – in a good way – in my corner, on the same side of the net, so to say.<\/em><\/p>\n

“We spent 25 years competing against each other, hiding a lot of information, a lot of vulnerabilities, weaknesses. But now all of the cards are on the table<\/em>.<\/p>\n

“I think it\u2019s great that the coaching staff is able to sit literally in the corner of the court. I know you guys haven\u2019t heard that because there\u2019s no microphones and I hope it stays that way because I\u2019d rather not reveal too much of the professional talk<\/em>.”<\/p>\n
