Manchester United fans are awaiting transfer news surrounding Marcus Rashford’s potential exit from the club during the January window, and manager Ruben Amorim has addressed his future.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Marcus Rashford Transfer News: Ruben Amorim ‘Unsure’ If Forward Will Leave This Month<\/h2>\n

Manchester United fans are awaiting updates over whether Marcus Rashford will leave the club by the end of the January transfer window.<\/p>\n

It comes after the England international said he is ‘ready for a new challenge and the next steps’<\/a> in his career.<\/p>\n

However, time is ticking down towards transfer deadline day on February 3.<\/p>\n

United boss Ruben Amorim<\/a> was asked about Rashford’s future in his pre-match press conference ahead of Sunday’s trip to Fulham.<\/p>\n

\u2018I don\u2019t know, I really don\u2019t know,<\/em>\u2019 he responded when asked if Rashford could get a transfer away from the club during the January window.<\/p>\n

\"Amorim<\/p>\n

“Guys, it\u2019s 10 days. We will see in the end of the window what happened. And then we will talk about that in the moment.”<\/em><\/p>\n

The 27-year-old has not played since United’s 2-1 victory over Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League on December 12. He missed the Manchester derby on December 15<\/a> and two days later his desire to leave the club was made public in an interview with journalist Henry Winter.<\/a><\/p>\n

Rashford’s options to leave by the end of the January window are limiting as the February 3 deadline draws closer.<\/p>\n

Clubs Who Have Been Linked With Rashford Move<\/h3>\n

Several top European sides have been linked with Marcus Rashford over a potential transfer during the January window.<\/p>\n

AC Milan had emerged as a serious contender for Rashford over a potential loan move. However, AC Milan also wanted to sign Kyle Walker who requested a transfer away from Manchester City.<\/p>\n

Serie A rules meant that AC Milan could only go for one of the two players. They decided to pursue a move for Walker over Rashford.<\/p>\n

There was also news that both Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona viewed Rashford as a potential transfer target.<\/p>\n

The Bundesliga side, as per the Daily Mail<\/a>, were priced out by Rashford’s \u00a3350,000-a-week wages even on a short-term deal.<\/p>\n

Barcelona have struggled with financial issues in recent years and there is uncertainty over whether they would make a move.<\/p>\n
