2025 Winmau World Masters Winner Will Earn \u00a3100,000 In Prize Money<\/h2>\n

The 2025 Winmau World Masters (also known as PDC World Masters) is here, as all of the best players in world darts battle it out in the new look set play tournament from the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes.<\/p>\n

Last year we saw fan favourite Stephen Bunting defeat Michael van Gerwen<\/a> 11-7 in the final. That was of course at last year’s Cazoo Masters, which has now been rebranded as the Winmau World Masters from 2025 onwards.<\/p>\n

The inaugural edition of The Masters took place in 2013, with Phil Taylor defeating Adrian Lewis in the final. Since then, the tournament has grown in both stature and prize money, as well as a few name changes along the way too.<\/p>\n

The prize money for 2025 has increased massively from last year, with \u00a3225,000 more in total on the line this weekend than there was 12 months ago. The prize money has inflated from \u00a3275k last year to \u00a3500k this year, as well as seeing a complete change in format too.<\/p>\n

Securing victory at the PDC World Masters will pocket the winner \u00a3100,000, with the runner-up securing \u00a350,000 in prize money. The two defeated semi-finalists with both receive \u00a330,000 in prize money, with the four beaten quarter-finalists earning \u00a317,500 each.<\/p>\n

The eight beaten players from Round 2 are all guaranteed a purse of \u00a310,000, with the 16 players exiting at the first round stage all receiving \u00a35,000.<\/p>\n

The prize money for the preliminary rounds is also listed below, which ranges from \u00a3750 up to \u00a32,500. This means the overall prize pot for the 2025 Winmau World Masters is \u00a3500,000.<\/p>\n
