The latest Lisandro Martinez injury update has confirmed that the Manchester United defender is set for an extended spell on the sidelines.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Sunday, the Red Devils defender was stretchered off against Crystal Palace after injuring his anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.<\/p>\n
