Leeds United’s 2024 wall calendar has seen the club become the subject of brutal online trolls. All three front cover stars have recently completed moves to the Premier League.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Leeds United 2024 Wall Calendar<\/h2>\n

Users on X<\/em>, formerly Twitter<\/em>, were quick to point out that the calendar is effectively surplus to requirements. Much to the amusement of rival football supporters.<\/p>\n

The trio in question are Archie Gray, Crysensio Summerville and Georginio Rutter. Nonetheless, fans did get to enjoy them donning the famous white strip for the first half of the year at least.<\/p>\n

Gray was the first to leave Yorkshire. The 18-year-old joined Tottenham<\/a> for a reported fee of \u00a340m. Summerville also made the switch to London shortly after, joining West Ham United for 30m in early August.<\/p>\n

Rutter moved further south, signing for Brighton & Hove Albion<\/a> for \u00a340m on August 19. The balance sheet at Elland Road is certainly looking healthy, but that won’t stop the online mockery for the merchandise mishap.<\/p>\n

Poor Start To The 2024\/25 Campaign For Leeds<\/h2>\n

Despite banking well over \u00a3100m through the trio of sales, performances on the pitch have been questionable to say the least. The Leeds United 2024 wall calendar is the least of their worries.<\/p>\n

A last-gasp draw at home to newly promoted Portsmouth on the opening day set the tone for the shaky start. A few days later, a 3-0 humbling at Elland Road against Middlesbrough saw Daniel Farke’s side exit the EFL Cup.<\/p>\n

Another draw – this time at West Brom – means it is three games without a win this season. Fans will start to become increasingly frustrated if a turn around in fortunes doesn’t happen soon.<\/p>\n
