Sir Jim Ratcliffe is planning yet another round of redundancies at Manchester United, with his focus now shifting to the scouting team as part of a cost-cutting initiative.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manchester United Set for Major Scouting Team Reductions<\/h2>\n

According to The Observer<\/em>, Manchester United are set to undergo another phase of cost-cutting, with Ratcliffe planning to axe around 200 positions.<\/p>\n

A significant portion of these layoffs will impact the scouting department, which currently consists of 80 staff members.<\/p>\n

Ratcliffe aims to implement a streamlined recruitment strategy, reducing the number of scouts by a sizeable proportion in favour of a data-driven player assessment approach.<\/p>\n
