A video of Novak Djokovic circulating on social media has raised fresh injury after he was spotted at Doha Airport.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 37-year-old has struggled with injuries over the past year. He retired from the semi-finals of last month’s Australian Open after suffering a hamstring tear.<\/p>\n

Djokovic returned from his injury at the Qatar Open but crashed out with a first-round defeat to Matteo Berrettini.<\/p>\n

The tennis<\/a> legend also played in doubles with Fernando Verdasco – where they won their opening match before losing in the quarter-final.<\/p>\n

Djokovic played down any injury concerns earlier this week. However, fresh footage on social media has raised doubts over whether he will appear at Indian Wells in two weeks.<\/p>\n

Djokovic Spotted Limping In Fresh Injury Concern<\/h2>\n

Spanish publication AS Sport<\/a> have posted a video of Novak Djokovic limping at Doha Airport – raising suspicion that he has suffered an injury setback.<\/p>\n

The record 24-time Grand Slam champion had previously claimed that he played without pain in his defeat to Matteo Berretini.<\/p>\n

He said: “I didn\u2019t have any pain or discomfort in that sense. I was outplayed by just a better player today,” the world No. 7 said after the loss.<\/p>\n

“Yes, I wasn\u2019t at my desired level, and it could be that I\u2019m still not moving the way I want to move. But, I mean, I played without pain, so there is no excuse in that.<\/p>\n

However, Djokovic looked uncomfortable as he limped in the footage posted by AS Sport.<\/p>\n

Will Djokovic Play At Indian Wells?<\/h2>\n

Novak Djokovic plans to play at Indian Wells which begins on March 2 and runs until March 16 as long as he is not affected by any injury.<\/p>\n

He is also planning to play at the Miami Open later that month but the latest video footage raises concern whether Djokovic could miss both tournaments with injury.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the Qatar Open, Djokovic admitted that with his injuries in recent years<\/p>\n

In a sad admission ahead of the Qatar Open, the 37-year-old said in regards to his recent injury record: “I am trying to improve my game, as everybody else. But my game is not going to change now drastically.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not going to play serve and volley, maybe every once in a while, but my game is what it is, the core is going to be the same. I\u2019m going to try to adjust depending on the surface that I play on and so forth.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
