Roy Keane has delivered a rant aiming at Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes and the club’s shocking decline in the Premier League. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Speaking on this week\u2019s Stick To Football<\/em>, Keane clashed with Arsenal legend Ian Wright<\/a> over Fernandes’ leadership qualities, questioning whether he is the right captain for United.<\/p>\n

Wright defended the Portuguese midfielder, arguing that Fernandes is the one player “saving” Manchester United.<\/p>\n

However, Keane wasn\u2019t having any of it, insisting that “talent isn’t enough” and comparing Fernandes unfavorably to Wright\u2019s former Arsenal captain, Tony Adams.<\/p>\n

Keane, never one to hold back, mocked United’s celebrations after their recent 2-2 draw with Everton<\/a>, calling it “f*cking bizarre.”<\/p>\n

He also criticised fans who continue to support Fernandes, labeling them as “imposters.”<\/p>\n

“Wrighty. No, no, no. Do you know what Wrighty, I’ve had enough of that rubbish, man.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Wright tried to reason with Keane, highlighting Fernandes\u2019 contributions, but Keane remained adamant that any real criticism of Manchester United must begin with their captain.<\/p>\n

“Bruno is a talented player but talent is not enough. What\u2019s he saving? 2-2 at Everton?”<\/em><\/p>\n

Wright maintained that United would be in the relegation zone without Fernandes, but Keane fired back, demanding higher standards.<\/p>\n

“If we start on a young lad, you can’t start on him, he’s young. You can’t start on a foreign player, he’s new to the league. Maguire the other day, he couldn’t even jump. So where do you start?”<\/em><\/p>\n

At one point, Keane got out of his seat to physically demonstrate United\u2019s lack of pressing, adding,“I’ve done my bit. F*ck off.”<\/em><\/p>\n

United\u2019s current struggles in the Premier League are undeniable, and Keane’s frustrations reflect those of many fans.<\/p>\n

Whether Fernandes is truly to blame remains up for debate, but one thing is clear \u2013 Keane expects much more from United\u2019s players, especially their captain.<\/p>\n
