Paddy Pimblett Vows To Submit Michael Chandler At UFC 314<\/h2>\n

Paddy Pimblett’s next fight<\/a> is undoubtedly the toughest test of his career to date. The Liverpudlian has won all six of his fights since signing to the UFC<\/a>, but faces another big step up in his next contest.<\/p>\n

‘The Baddy’ is set to take on former UFC Lightweight Title challenger Michael Chandler<\/a> at UFC 314 on April 12 in Miami, Florida. Chandler vs Pimblett<\/a> is the co-main event to Alexander Volkanovski vs Diego Lopes for the UFC Featherweight Title at UFC 314<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Heading into the contest, the best UFC betting sites<\/a> cannot split the pair. Pimblett is perhaps a marginal favourite, but this is as close to a 50\/50 contest as you are likely to see on paper.<\/p>\n

It’s fair to say that Paddy Pimblett has never been short of confidence. That remains the same as he embarks on the toughest fight of his career at UFC 314.<\/p>\n

‘The Baddy’ faces former UFC Lightweight Title challenger Michael Chandler<\/a> in the UFC 314 co-main event, and has vowed to beat Chandler by submission in fairly quick fashion in a recent interview with TNT Sports<\/em>:<\/p>\n

“I think it works out well for me. I’ve seen him saying he thinks it works out well for him, so we’re both going into this very confident.<\/em><\/p>\n

“I think he’s just going to come in and try and take my head off, like he does with everyone.<\/em><\/p>\n

“I don’t think he’ll wrestle, because he knows I’ll submit him. You know what I mean. If we end up on the floor, I think it will be over pretty quick. I’ll submit him.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“I think he’ll be done in two, like. I think maybe submission round two,”<\/em> Pimblett concluded.<\/p>\n
