Gerwyn Price has revealed that YouTube and boxing star, Jake Paul<\/a>, messaged the Welshman after the Iceman claimed that he could knock Paul out.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gerwyn Price Confirms Bizarre Fight Offer From Jake Paul<\/h2>\n

Last month, the Welsh darts star made a bold claim over the outcome of a fight between himself and the YouTube megastar, claiming he could knock Paul out with one punch.<\/p>\n

Price said (Via TalkSport): “That\u2019s easy, I look forward to that. He\u2019s a YouTuber, he\u2019s not a fighter, is he? I\u2019ve got 999,000 followers to go. I think it would just be one punch, and it would be all over. Out cold. It would be a waste of money for people to tune in.<\/em><\/p>\n

“He\u2019ll never beat me in Wales. Nobody beats me in Wales. He\u2019d probably beat Canelo but he\u2019s not beating me, no.”<\/em><\/p>\n

A fight between these men seems extremely unlikely given their disparity in fame and the fact they come from completely different worlds.<\/p>\n

However, despite these differences, Price revealed that Jake Paul saw the initial comment and messaged the darts player with an offer.<\/p>\n

Price said: “He’s seen it and messaged me. He wrote back to me and said: ‘Come to Greece, man. Just name a price’. I don’t know why he’s in Greece.<\/em><\/p>\n

“I was a bit scared. No, I need to get some training in.”<\/em><\/p>\n

If any darts player could step into the ring it would be the Iceman, as he is a former professional rugby player and is one of the most fiery players on the oche.<\/p>\n

However, Price will be diverting all of his focus onto darts after winning seven PDC majors, winning the World Championship in 2021 and now making a strong start to 2025.<\/p>\n

The Welshman has won two of the six nights in the PDC Premier League so far, reigning victorious on night six with a win over Luke Littler in the final.<\/a><\/p>\n
