Liverpool are prepared to pay up to \u00a340 million for Bournemouth right-back Milos Kerkez as Andy Robertson’s successor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Liverpool Transfer News: Kerkez lined up as Robertson successor<\/h2>\n

Liverpool’s left-sided stalwart Andy Robertson recently turned 31 and the Reds are eyeing up a long-term successor to the Scot at full-back.<\/p>\n

The Premier League champions in waiting are wasting no time in finding a suitable heir with Kerkez believed to be a cherished target in the transfer window.<\/p>\n

The Hungarian international has started in all 29 league games for Bournemouth this season, providing a promising threat going forward with two goals and five assists to his name.<\/p>\n

That puts him almost on par with Trent Alexander-Arnold’s production, who has tallied two goals and six assists in 28 games – and well clear of Robertson who has failed to record a single goal contribution.<\/p>\n

There’s every reason to believe Kerkez’s numbers could enjoy an upward curve at Anfield in a much better team than the mid-table Cherries.<\/p>\n

Bournemouth are likely to be interested in cashing in on the 21-year-old who has three years left on his contract at the Vitality Stadium.<\/p>\n
