Hello, FPL fans! My name is Pingreen, and I\u2019m back to share my top picks for Gameweek 32 and beyond, right here on SportsCasting.<\/p>\n

I finished 700th in the world in 2022\/23 and ranked 1,330th last season, so make sure you take my advice seriously. If you\u2019ve prepared efficiently, your team should be set up for the Double Gameweeks we now have back-to-back in Gameweek 32 and 33. If you haven\u2019t prepared efficiently, here are some last-minute panic buys for your side.<\/p>\n

FPL Gameweek 32 Tips by Pingreen<\/h2>\n

Captain Pick \u2013 Alexander Isak \u2013 \u00a39.5m \u2013 MUN (H) CRY (H)<\/h3>\n

Newcastle and Crystal Palace are the two teams with a Double in Gameweek 32. Both teams have plenty of exciting attacking players, from Eberechi Eze to Anthony Gordon. But there is one man that stands above the rest when it comes to captaincy, and that man is Alexander Isak<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Isak isn\u2019t just a great captain option this week; he\u2019s even a great Triple Captain option if you still have the chip available to you. His 0.76 xGI per 90 so far this campaign is the 4th highest in the division, and his 25 goal contributions trail only Salah. He\u2019s a viable option for captaincy most weeks in his current form, even when he doesn\u2019t have two fixtures in one week.<\/p>\n

Newcastle\u2019s Double Gameweek involves two home fixtures, the first against Manchester United, followed by a midweek clash with Crystal Palace. When it comes to xG conceded, both of those sides are around the middle of the pack. However, Isak is the sort of talent that can break down any defence, he\u2019s already proven that with goals against the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal this season.<\/p>\n

My defender pick this week is another player from Newcastle with those two juicy home fixtures. I was deliberating between Kieran Trippier or Tino Livramento for this pick, but ultimately decided to go for Livramento due to the cheap price tag, which can open up more options for the rest of your team.<\/p>\n

I mentioned how Newcastle\u2019s opponents in the Double had relatively average numbers defensively, but one stat they\u2019re both in the bottom half of the league for is goals scored. That makes any Newcastle defender more appealing for the Double, especially when they themselves boast very respectable defensive numbers, conceding only 1.25 xG per 90 this season.<\/p>\n

Livramento\u2019s ability to play both fullback positions has made him extremely valuable to Newcastle and FPL managers alike this season. When Lewis Hall was fit, Livramento was deployed as a right back. Now Hall is injured, and Trippier has stepped in, Livramento is playing at left back. He picked up his first assist of the season last weekend, which was long overdue, and with the Magpies in hot form, more attacking returns could be on the horizon.<\/p>\n

Midfielder \u2013 Cole Palmer \u2013 \u00a310.7m \u2013 IPS (H)<\/h3>\n

This could get controversial. Not only am I picking a player without a Double Gameweek for my midfielder pick, I\u2019m picking one looking out of sorts of late.<\/p>\n

You could say, he\u2019s gone cold. 1, 6, 0, 1, 3, 2, 2. That\u2019s how many fantasy points Cole Palmer has scored in his last 7 outings. So why am I picking him this week? Firstly, I still believe he\u2019s an incredible player, and the attacking output will naturally return soon. His 0.75 xGI is still 4th highest in the division for those who have started more than 24 games, only behind Salah, Haaland, and Isak.<\/p>\n

But have his underlying numbers dried up with the lack of goals and assists? Not particularly. In recent games against Leicester and Southampton, he managed to rack up 1.22 xGI and 1.4 xGI, respectively, even if he did ultimately blank in those games. What do those teams have in common? Both newly promoted sides that look on the verge of going straight back down. Who does Palmer face this weekend? Ipswich Town. I expect him to get plenty of chances once again, and this time, hopefully, convert at least one of them.<\/p>\n

Forward \u2013 Jean-Philippe Mateta \u2013 \u00a37.7m \u2013 MCI (A) NEW (A)<\/h3>\n

Back to players with a Double Gameweek, but this time, I\u2019m going to pick a Crystal Palace striker. The Eagles have multiple attacking options you could target for their back-to-back Double Gameweeks, including midfielders Eze and Sarr, but Jean-Philippe Mateta might be the most explosive of the bunch.<\/p>\n

The Frenchman is having his most productive season as a Palace player, with 13 goals in 27 starts so far this campaign. His 0.52 xGI per 90 is more than respectable, beating out his teammate Eberechi Eze.<\/p>\n

Unlike Newcastle, both of Palace\u2019s fixtures in Double Gameweek 32 are away from home. At a glance, trips to Manchester City and Newcastle aren\u2019t the most favourable fixtures for an attacker, either. However, City are far from the impenetrable side they have been in recent seasons, and with Palace players, you get the luxury of another Double in Gameweek 33.
