{"id":45870,"date":"2025-04-14T12:40:01","date_gmt":"2025-04-14T12:40:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sportscasting.com\/uk\/?p=45870"},"modified":"2025-04-14T12:40:01","modified_gmt":"2025-04-14T12:40:01","slug":"triple-h-cm-punk-wwe-relationship-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sportscasting.com\/uk\/news\/triple-h-cm-punk-wwe-relationship-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Triple H Opens Up About Newfound Respect and Collaboration With CM Punk in WWE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Triple H has opened up on his evolving relationship with CM Punk in WWE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"848\">In what many fans once thought impossible, WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H and former WWE Champion CM Punk have developed a respectful and collaborative relationship since Punk&#8217;s shocking return at <em data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"847\">Survivor Series 2023<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"1093\">CM Punk walked out of WWE in 2014 due to numerous creative disagreements and long-standing tension with influential figures such as Vince McMahon and Triple H.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"1093\">Fast forward to 2025, and the pair not only work together \u2013 Triple H now calls working with Punk \u201cone of my favourite things in TV.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1252\">Why Did CM Punk and Triple H Have Issues in the Past?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1520\">CM Punk\u2019s rocky history with WWE is well documented.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1520\">After a record-setting 434-day WWE Championship reign, Punk was denied back-to-back WrestleMania main events in favour of part-time talent such as The Rock and Batista, leading to clashes with both Vince McMahon and Triple H.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1520\">He left WWE in early 2014 under acrimonious circumstances.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1699\">Publicly, Punk voiced disdain for \u201cThe Game\u201d, both professionally and personally.
