Under this program, the organisation rewards clubs (both professional and amateur) for releasing their players to participate in UEFA national team tournaments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The European football body has announced that it has distributed a sum worth \u20ac233m to 901 clubs from all 55 European national football associations. The compensation is awarded to clubs for allowing their players to participate in Euro competitions from 2020 to 2024, including 2020\/21 and 2022\/23 Nations League, European Qualifiers and the EURO 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As stated <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">above<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, Manchester City received the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">largest<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> sum, worth \u20ac5.17 million, among 901 clubs. La Liga giants Real Madrid were not far behind in the second spot with \u20ac4.79 million in reward. Inter Milan and Barcelona are next on the list with \u20ac4.66 million and \u20ac4.43 million in payments. French champions Paris Saint-Germain are marginally behind in the fifth spot with \u20ac4.42 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bundesliga clubs Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig are next on the list, with payments worth \u20ac4.37 million and \u20ac3.91 million, respectively. Premier League duo Arsenal and Liverpool follow with \u20ac3.89 million and \u20ac3.54, respectively. Bayer Leverkusen completed the top ten after receiving \u20ac3.41 million in payments from UEFA.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">English clubs earned a total of \u20ac46.9 <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">million<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-48274 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportscasting.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/05\/euro-prize-money-25.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"667\" height=\"577\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sportscasting.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/05\/euro-prize-money-25.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.sportscasting.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/05\/euro-prize-money-25-560x485.jpg 560w, https:\/\/www.sportscasting.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/05\/euro-prize-money-25-350x303.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 667px) 100vw, 667px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">When it comes to<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> separate national football associations, English clubs received the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">largest<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> sum from UEFA, worth \u20ac46.9million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Italian <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">clubs<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> and German clubs were the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">next<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> biggest beneficiaries as they received \u20ac35.3million and \u20ac30.3million, respectively.
