Former UFC title holder Holly Holm will return to boxing after signing with Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), owned by Jake Paul.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Forty-three-year-old American Holm is a former multiple boxing world champion.<\/p>\n

She later switched to MMA and joined the UFC<\/strong><\/a> in 2015, winning the UFC bantamweight title by knocking out Ronda Rousey with a head kick.<\/p>\n

In total, Holm won eight of her 16 UFC fights.<\/p>\n

Holly Holm Excited By Jake Paul MVP Opportunity<\/h2>\n

Former Nickelodeon actor and YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul<\/strong><\/a> founded Most Valuable Promotions alongside adviser Nakisa Bidarian in 2021.<\/p>\n

The promotion’s first signing was seven-division world champion Amanda Serrano.<\/p>\n

And in 2022, Paul co-promoted Serrano Vs Katie Taylor alongside Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing.<\/p>\n

That fight was the first women’s boxing match to headline Madison Square Garden, and was billed as the “biggest women’s fight of all time.”<\/p>\n

Jake Paul’s MVP promotion has signed some huge names in women’s boxing.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Speaking about having signed with Jake Paul’s promotion, Holly Holm looked forward to the new opportunity.<\/p>\n

She said: “This new chapter is going to be an exciting journey, and I’m looking forward to the challenge.<\/p>\n

“Coming full circle back to boxing… I’ve spent most of my MMA career at 135 pounds (9st 9lb), and now I have the opportunity to make my boxing debut at that weight.<\/p>\n

“With boxing titles in three higher weight classes under my belt, I’m eager to pursue a fourth title in a new division.”<\/p>\n

Holly Holm’s Professional Record<\/h2>\n

As a boxer, Holly Holm debuted professionally in 2002. She won 33 of her 38 bouts, taking world titles in three different weight divisions.<\/p>\n

Since moving to MMA in 2011, she won 15 of 32 professional bouts over a 13-year period.<\/p>\n

Holm isn’t the first big name to sign for promotion in recent months.<\/p>\n

Chantelle Cameron, Savannah Marshall Ellie Scotney and Ramla Ali have all joined the Jake Paul’s American-based promotion.<\/p>\n

Although Paul divides opinion within the boxing world, he still draws enormous crowds and has extensively championed the women’s side of the sport via MVP.<\/p>\n
