A video has emerged on social media showing UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones declaring he is “done” with fighting, sparking speculation that he is set to retire.<\/strong><\/p>\n

American Jon “Bones” Jones has not fought since successfully defending his title against Stipe Miocic in November.<\/p>\n

And this new video appears to suggest he doesn’t plan to fight again, putting a major dent in British fighter and interim champ Tom Aspinall’s plans to unify the heavyweight titles.<\/p>\n

Jones has been locked in negotiations with the UFC over a fight with Aspinall, with little progress made.<\/p>\n

UFC president Dana White has provided updates<\/strong><\/a> and assured fans that an announcement is imminent, but Jones could have put a damper on those plans.<\/p>\n

In footage shared on social media this week, Jones was asked when he was likely to fight again, with the champion replying: “I’m done.”<\/p>\n
