But the bright red lettering of viral food brand SpudBros has caught the attention and has got plenty of people talking.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s because the Preston-based creators have developed a global audience on social media, and now want to give back to their home city.<\/p>\n<p>Preston, who reached the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow sponsored\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sportscasting.com\/uk\/news\/fa-cup-quarter-final-draw-bournemouth-host-manchester-city-and-aston-villa-visit-preston\/\"><strong>FA Cup quarter-finals<\/strong><\/a> last season, finished 20th in the Championship.<\/p>\n<h2>Preston North End Kit Sponsored By SpudBros<\/h2>\n<p>In a statement on the club&#8217;s website, Preston confirmed the partnership with SpudBros.<\/p>\n<p>Describing them as &#8220;the UK&#8217;s most talked-about food creators&#8221;, SpudBros will appear as front-of-shirt sponsor for all Preston first-team playing kit next season.<\/p>\n<p>Preston&#8217;s statement read: &#8220;What started as a humble hot potato cart in Preston has transformed into a viral sensation, winning millions of hearts (and taste buds).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;From their hometown of Preston to global recognition, Jacob and Harley, aka the SpudBros, have grown a following of over six million and collaborated with some of the biggest names in pop culture, including Sidemen, MrBeast, Will Smith and Alex Warren.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">New shirt. From running around the pitch as mascots to seeing our brand on the front of Preston North End\u2019s shirt &#8211; it\u2019s beyond special.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re proud Prestonians and will always give back and support the city that made us.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In terms of money, this may not be one of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportscasting.com\/uk\/news\/biggest-shirt-sponsorship-deals-of-2024-25\/\"><strong>the biggest shirt sponsorship deals<\/strong><\/a>, but there is a clear connection with Preston.<\/p>\n<h2>Fans React To Preston North End SpudBros Kit<\/h2>\n<p>But while the sentiment behind the deal has been applauded, not everyone likes the look of Preston&#8217;s kits.<\/p>\n<p>One Preston fan said: &#8220;Logo should have been blue!
