The former world champion has climbed back into the PDC Order of Merit top 10 following a resounding victory at the 2025 Baltic Sea Darts Open in Kiel, Germany.<\/p>\n

“The Iceman” defeated Gary Anderson 8-3 in the final, collecting \u00a330,000 in prize money and putting a stop to a title drought on the European Tour.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s his ninth Euro Tour crown but his first in two years \u2014 and the timing couldn\u2019t be better with the World Matchplay on the horizon.<\/p>\n

Now sitting at World No. 9 with \u00a3518,000 in prize money, Price is just a whisker behind James Wade, Nathan Aspinall, and Chris Dobey. With a strong showing in Blackpool, he could even close in on Michael van Gerwen, currently third in the world.<\/p>\n

Who’s Dropped Down the PDC Rankings?<\/h2>\n

Price\u2019s surge came at a cost for others. Damon Heta and Rob Cross both slipped down to 10th and 11th respectively.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Gary Anderson, despite his defeat in the final, continues his own quiet rise. The Scotsman is now up to World No. 12, thanks to consistent Euro Tour performances \u2014 including a win earlier this season.<\/p>\n

Nathan Aspinall, the 2023 Matchplay champion, is at serious risk of tumbling out of the top 20 unless he delivers again.<\/p>\n

Jonny Clayton (runner-up in 2023), Joe Cullen and Luke Humphries \u2014 who reached the semi-finals that year \u2014 also face ranking danger.<\/p>\n

Humphries, already under pressure, defends the majority of his ranking haul in the coming months, unlike Luke Littler, who didn\u2019t participate in 2023 and has little to defend.<\/p>\n

Price\u2019s success in Kiel also catapulted him into the top five of the European Tour Order of Merit. He now sits just behind Gary Anderson and Jonny Clayton, who are tied at \u00a350,500.<\/p>\n

Nathan Aspinall still leads that chart with \u00a376,000, followed by Martin Schindler at \u00a364,500.<\/p>\n
