wondering who will host the UEFA Women&#8217;s Euro 2029 in four year&#8217;s time?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Six Countries In The Hunt Of Being UEFA Woman&#8217;s Euro 2029 Hosts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Switzerland did a fantastic job of running Euro 2025 &#8211; but they will now hand the baton over to another country, with the next installment in four years.<\/p>\n<p>But at this stage the UEFA Women&#8217;s Euro 2029 hosts have not been confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Meaning the holders England won&#8217;t know at this stage where they will start their Euro title defense.<\/p>\n<p>There are, however, SIX countries that have thrown their hats into the 20229 Women&#8217;s Euro hosting ring.<\/p>\n<p>Including Italy, who the Lionesses beat in their Euro 2025 semi-final before seeing of Spain on penalties in the final in Basel.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Denmark \/Sweden \u00a0<em>(joint bid)\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Poland<\/li>\n<li>Portugal<\/li>\n<li>Germany<\/li>\n<li>Italy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These five Women&#8217;s Euro 2029 bids (six countries) all made the deadline of September 24th 2024 &#8211; but must now wait to see who has got the gig.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What Are Hosting Requirements?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The 2029 UEFA Women&#8217;s Euro Championships is likely to follow the same format as 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Which will see 31 games in total, over a 25-day period &#8211; with 16 teams involved.<\/p>\n<p>The countries that are then looking to become the 2029 UEFA Woman&#8217;s Euro hosts will then have to adhere to the following.<\/p>\n<p><!--StartFragment --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"cf0\"> Minimum of ONE stadium with a seating capacity of at least 50,000 <em>(to host final)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf0\">Minimum of THREE stadiums with seating capacity of at least 30,000 <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf0\">Minimum of FOUR stadiums with seating capacity of 20,000 <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf0\">FOUR high-quality training facilities at each stadium<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf0\">FOUR hotels near\/situated at each stadium<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf0\">ALL stadiums must have a natural grass playing surface<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The bidding process was confirmed on 23rd July 2024.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>When Will The Winning Bid Be Confirmed For 2029?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>With Sweden\/Denmark, Italy, Germany, Portugal and Poland having all now submitted Euro 2029 bids &#8211; many will want to know when the final decision is made.<\/p>\n<p>The answer is in December 2025 &#8211; but as this stage not specific date in December has been given.<\/p>\n<p>The 2029 Women&#8217;s Euro host bidding timeline was as follows &#8211; you can see it&#8217;s now at the final stages.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>24th Sept 2024 &#8211; Deadline for countries to confirm their Euro 2029 bids<\/li>\n<li>1st Oct 2024 &#8211; Bid published to other interested bidders<\/li>\n<li>12th March 2025 &#8211; The submission of first bid dossier<\/li>\n<li>28th Aug 2025 &#8211; The submission of final bid dossier<\/li>\n<li>December 2025 &#8211; UEFA Women&#8217;s Euro host announced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Have Any Of The 2029 Women&#8217;s Euro Bidders Entertained Before?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>One factor that might come into play for UEFA is if a country has hosted the Women&#8217;s Euros in the past.<\/p>\n<p>Some may argue that if a country hasn&#8217;t entertained this would give them a better chance.<\/p>\n<p>While others might suggest previous experience of hosting is also a big plus &#8211; showing they&#8217;ve done it before.<\/p>\n<p>Of the six final bidding countries left &#8211; Portugal and Poland &#8211; are yet to host, with the first Women&#8217;s Euros in 1984.<\/p>\n<p>While Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Italy all have &#8211; with Sweden the most experienced of those left with two past hostings.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1989 &#8211; West Germany<\/li>\n<li>1991 &#8211; Denmark<\/li>\n<li>1993 &#8211; Italy<\/li>\n<li>1997 &#8211; Sweden (joint with Norway)<\/li>\n<li>2001 &#8211; Germany<\/li>\n<li>2013 &#8211; Sweden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At this stage the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportscasting.com\/uk\/news\/womens-euro-2029-betting-odds\/\">Women&#8217;s Euro betting odds 2029<\/a> see Spain as favourites and the holders England next best.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Which Country Is Favourite To Win The Euro 2029 Bid?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>According to the SportsCasting betting odds, Denmark and Sweden are just edging it to win the 2029
