Things have looked rosy at Villa Park over the last few seasons.<\/p>\n

They finished sixth in the 2024\/25 season and will play Europa League football this term – which is why many pundits predicted them to improve on that this campaign.<\/p>\n

However, having been dumped out of the Carabao Cup in the third round by Brentford and winless from their opening five Premier League games – Villa’s season has not exactly started well.<\/p>\n

They’ve only amassed three league points from their first five games – with two goalless draws against Everton and Newcastle – then losing to Palace and Brentford. Then a recent 1-1 draw against Sunderland.<\/p>\n

Villa Cut From 200\/1 to 14\/1 To Be Relegated<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Villa’s main issue has been in front of goal – after 58 league goals last season – the Midlands club have somehow managed to score just ONE league goal in their opening five games.<\/p>\n
