The 2025 European Championship takes place in Dortmund this week to conclude the European Tour, will the full field and draw now confirmed. But just who is in action?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The full field and line-up has been revealed for the 2025 European Championship, with the top 32 from the European Tour Order of Merit qualifying for this week’s climax at Westfalenhallen.<\/p>\n

European Championship Field Confirmed<\/h2>\n

The 2025 European Tour comes to a close this weekend in Germany as the European Championship takes centre-stage at Westfalenhallen in Dortmund, Germany.<\/p>\n

The European Championship is made up of the top 32 players from the European Tour Order of Merit, following all 14 events across different countries and venues in Europe this year.<\/p>\n

Last year it was Ritchie Edhouse who won his first PDC major, defeating Jermaine Wattimena 11-3 in the final. However, he has failed to qualify this year so won’t be back to defend his title 12 months on.<\/p>\n

After victory at the German Darts Championship this past weekend, Nathan Aspinall heads to the European Championship as the no.1 seed. However, it will be Luke Littler who is the pre-tournament favourite.<\/p>\n

The likes of Littler, Luke Humphries and Gerwyn Price are just a few names who will be confident of adding the European Championship to their name this week.<\/p>\n

The elusive nine-dart finish<\/a> has been hit four times in European Championship history, but not since Jose de Souza last hit it five years ago. Will Littler, Price or anyone hit the coveted nine-darter this week at Westfalenhallen?<\/p>\n

With all 14 European Tour events now complete and the 32-man European Championship field finalised, the draw for the opening round has already been done.<\/p>\n

There are some intriguing battles in Round 1, with several big names including Littler, Humphries, Rock and Aspinall all on the same side of the draw.<\/p>\n

As the third final PDC major before the World Darts Championship, with just the Grand Slam of Darts and Players Championship Finals to come, who will reign in Dortmund come Sunday?<\/p>\n

Below is the full European Darts Championship field in full, with all 32 players hoping to secure a large share of the \u00a3600,000 purse.<\/p>\n

European Championship Line-Up<\/h3>\n

All of the biggest names in world darts are in action this week and part of the 2025 European Championship field.<\/p>\n

This includes world number one Luke Humphries, reigning world champion Luke Littler, three-time world champion Michael van Gerwen and a whole host of other darting stars.<\/p>\n

The German Darts Championship field<\/a> saw Nathan Aspinall come out on top, which means he heads to Dortmund this week as the number one seed.<\/p>\n

The full European Championship field is completely stacked from top to bottom, particularly in the top half of the draw with several of the pre-tournament favourites.<\/p>\n

    The European Championship draw has thrown up some intriguing first round battles.<\/p>\n

    Two-time champion Rob Cross has been drawn against no.1 seed Nathan Aspinall, with Luke Littler taking on the veteran Raymond van Barneveld.<\/p>\n

    It’s the battle of the Scots as Gary Anderson and Cameron Menzies go head-to-head, with Wessel Nijman vs Michael van Gerwen a battle of the Netherlands and Stephen Bunting vs Chris Dobey an all-English affair.<\/p>\n
