The latest transfer news around Atletico Madrid midfielder Conor Gallagher suggests he could soon be returning to the Premier League.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll keep working very hard to help the team whenever I have the chance. Hopefully more opportunities to be a starter will come.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very happy here, but I want to have a bigger role. I have spoken to Thomas Tuchel and he has told me what I need to do to return to the team.<\/p>\n

“And it seems that, right now, it\u2019s very difficult for me to get to that point.\u201d<\/p>\n

With Tuchel in charge of England, Gallagher knows\u00a0his chances of making the 2026 World Cup squad depend heavily on consistent game time.<\/p>\n
