West Ham will look to tweak their strike force yet again in January by signing Jorgen Strand Larsen as they fight for Premier League survival.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Hammers are in real danger of being cut adrift in the relegation places following Leeds’ resurgence of form.<\/p>\n

They currently sit five points behind Nottingham Forest and have not won in their last six matches, with crucial home games against Fulham and Brighton to come.<\/p>\n

January arrivals are imperative for Nuno Espirito Santo, who is 10\/1 in the Premier League sack race<\/a>, and he’s identified a new frontman to help bolster their chances.<\/p>\n

West Ham target Wolves’ Jorgen Strand Larsen<\/h2>\n

According to the Athletic, West Ham have targeted the 25-year-old to strengthen the quality of their attack.<\/p>\n

Strand Larsen’s stock rose last campaign when he scored 14 Premier League goals, but he’s struggled to replicate those numbers amid Wolves’ abysmal form.<\/p>\n

He’s scored three goals across all competitions this season, and ironically, two of those came against West Ham in the EFL Cup.<\/p>\n

Strand Larsen has other potential suitors, and therefore West Ham will need to convince him that his long-term future lies with the London club.<\/p>\n

Their precarious league position will be a sticking point, while Strand Larsen’s transfer fee could also be a stumbling block.<\/p>\n

He only signed a new deal in the summer, after Wolves rejected bids from Newcastle, that will keep him at the club until 2030.<\/p>\n

Since 2010, West Ham have signed 57 attacking players in total, and the majority have flattered to deceive.<\/p>\n

Niclas Fullkrug on his way out<\/h2>\n

West Ham are ready to let Germany international Fullkrug leave for AC Milan in January, as reported in our Transfer Roundup.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

Fullkrug is likely to leave on loan to the Italian title-chasers with the option of a permanent deal. His salary will be paid in full.<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old has been on the periphery of the first-team this season, having underwhelmed since his \u00a327million move following the Euros in 2024.<\/p>\n

Fullkrug hasn\u2019t started a league game for West Ham since October 4.<\/p>\n

The striker has also made it clear to club chiefs that he wants to make the switch, and West Ham are unlikely to stand in his way.<\/p>\n

West Ham also have problems at the other end of the pitch, having conceded 35 goals in 17 matches. It’s the second-worst record behind Wolves.<\/p>\n
