Arsenal have rejoined the race for Crystal Palace’s Marc Guehi, and Tottenham are ‘closely monitoring’ Brentford’s Kevin Schade in Friday’s transfer roundup.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Friday Transfer Rumours Roundup<\/h2>\n

Arsenal Join Race for Crystal Palace’s Marc Guehi<\/h3>\n

The\u00a0Mirror\u00a0<\/em>report that Arsenal have rejoined the race for Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi.<\/p>\n

They join the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and Bayern Munich in holding an interest in the 25-year-old, whose contract at Selhurst Park expires at the end of the 2025-26 season.<\/p>\n

This means he will be available on a free transfer at the end of the campaign.<\/p>\n

That is, of course, if he doesn’t secure a transfer in January. As reported in Tuesday’s transfer roundup<\/a>, that scenario is a real possibility, with City looking to sign the defender this winter.<\/p>\n

It comes amid an injury crisis across Pep Guardiola’s backline. John Stones, Josko Gvardiol and Ruben Dias are all out for an extended period, while Rayan Ait-Nouri is away at AFCON.<\/p>\n

At this stage, it is currently unknown whether Arsenal are willing to challenge City with a January bid. Should Guehi decide to stay, the Gunners are expected to make a move in the summer.<\/p>\n

Tottenham Closely Monitoring Brentford’s Kevin Schade<\/h3>\n

According to\u00a0Florian Plettenberg<\/em>, Tottenham are ‘closely monitoring’ Kevin Schade.<\/p>\n

He says that it ‘appears likely’ that the 24-year-old will secure a move after this summer’s World Cup, however Brentford are keen on extending his contract beyond 2028.<\/p>\n

Many clubs are interested in signing the Germany international alongside Spurs.<\/p>\n

Aston Villa, Roma, Napoli and Borussia Dortmund have all been linked in the past.<\/p>\n

It is reported that the Bees value the winger at \u20ac50m-\u20ac60m (\u00a343.4m-\u00a352.1m).<\/p>\n

Reports of Tottenham’s interest come amid a turbulent time for the club. Pressure is mounting on Thomas Frank, and he is now among the favourites in the Premier League sack race<\/a> market.<\/p>\n

Oliver Glasner is favoured to replace him in the next Tottenham manager odds<\/a> market.<\/p>\n

Omar Marmoush Plans to Stay at Manchester City<\/h3>\n

Manchester City forward Omar Marmoush has no plans to depart the Etihad in January.<\/p>\n

The Egyptian is currently away at AFCON alongside Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah, and given his lack of gametime under Guardiola this term, he has been linked with a move away.<\/p>\n

We reported in Monday’s transfer roundup<\/a> that Aston Villa are ready to battle Spurs to sign the 26-year-old this winter, however\u00a0Florian Plettenberg\u00a0<\/em>says the forward will be staying put.<\/p>\n

He notes that while Marmoush intends to stay to fight for his place in the Cityzens’ squad, there are numerous enquiries on the table from top clubs throughout Europe.<\/p>\n

Plettenberg\u00a0<\/em>has also confirmed that no talks have been held with Tottenham over a move.<\/p>\n

City signed Marmoush for \u00a363m<\/a> from Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt last January.<\/p>\n

Spurs Agree Personal Terms With Santos Starlet Souza<\/h3>\n

Fabrizio Romano\u00a0<\/em>reports that Tottenham have agreed personal terms with Souza.<\/p>\n

The north Londoners had an \u00a38m bid rejected for the young Santos left-back earlier this week, and they have since followed up with a reported \u20ac15m (\u00a313m) offer.<\/p>\n

Romano states that negotiations are underway between Spurs and the Brazilian side.<\/p>\n

Souza’s current contract\u00a0includes a release clause worth \u20ac60m (\u00a352.2m) for Brazilian teams and a release clause worth \u20ac100m (\u00a387.1m) for overseas clubs.<\/p>\n

AC Milan, Chelsea, Nottingham Forest, Newcastle, Barcelona, Manchester United and Bayern Munich have all been credited with interest in the 19-year-old in the past.<\/p>\n

Manchester United Interested in Tarik Muharemovic<\/h3>\n

Manchester United are interested in Sassuolo central defender Tarik Muharemovic.<\/p>\n

That’s according to Italian outlet\u00a0Gazzetta dello Sport<\/em>, who report that Inter are also interested, while the Bosnian has attracted attention from Bologna, Aston Villa and Bournemouth, too.<\/p>\n

Muharemovic joined Sassuolo from Juventus in a deal worth \u20ac3m (\u00a32.6m) in the summer.<\/p>\n

His next move is expected to net around \u20ac30m (\u00a326m), with Juve set to earn 50% of the fee.<\/p>\n
