Bayern Munich Hold Advantage in Marc Guehi Race<\/h3>\n

Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich have been dealt a boost in their pursuit of Marc Guehi.<\/p>\n

This is as\u00a0Footmercato\u00a0<\/em>report that while Manchester City are keen to sign the Crystal Palace defender in January, the England international prefers a move to Germany in the summer.<\/p>\n

Guehi’s contract expires at the end of the season, therefore he will be available on a free.<\/p>\n

Despite this, City are still pushing for a move this winter. It comes amid an injury crisis across their back line, with Josko Gvardiol, Ruben Dias and John Stones all out for the foreseeable.<\/p>\n

As reported in Friday’s transfer roundup<\/a>, Arsenal have also joined the race for Guehi, while Liverpool, Real Madrid and Barcelona are listed as admirers of the 25-year-old, too.<\/p>\n

Football Insider\u00a0<\/em>report that Everton are eyeing a move for Arsenal defender Ben White.<\/p>\n

David Moyes’ side are keeping close tabs on the 28-year-old, who has struggled for minutes this term, having featured just 13 times for the Gunners across all competitions.<\/p>\n

White was Mikel Arteta’s first choice right-back between 2021 and 2024, however he has since lost that title to Jurrien Timber, while he has also struggled with numerous injury concerns.<\/p>\n

The former England international may push for a loan exit to build up some game time between now and the end of the season, with the Toffees listed among the most interested candidates.<\/p>\n

Their interest comes amid injuries to Jarrad Branthwaite and Seamus Coleman, while Michael Keane’s red card<\/a> against Wolves last week has seen him pick up a three-match ban.<\/p>\n

Keane will miss Everton’s next two league matches against Aston Villa and Leeds.<\/p>\n

Jean-Philippe Mateta Targeted by Juventus<\/h3>\n

Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta is being targeted by Serie A giants Juventus.<\/p>\n

That’s according to\u00a0Tuttosport<\/em>, who report that the Turin-based outfit are on the hunt for a replacement for Dusan Vlahovic. The Serbian is set to depart at the end of the season.<\/p>\n

Palace previously valued Mateta at around \u20ac40m (\u00a334.75m), but with his contract set to expire in 2027, their valuation could be reduced to between \u20ac20m (\u00a317.35m) and \u20ac25m (\u00a321.7m).<\/p>\n

Another Italian top-flight side, AC Milan, tried and failed to sign the Frenchman last summer. Atalanta have also been credited with interest in the 28-year-old in the past.<\/p>\n

Borussia Dortmund Monitoring Oscar Bobb Situation<\/h3>\n

Borussia Dortmund are continuing to monitor Oscar Bobb’s situation at Manchester City.<\/p>\n

Sky Germany\u00a0<\/em>reporter\u00a0Florian Plettenberg\u00a0<\/em>reports that January arrival Antoine Semenyo is set to take Bobb’s place in Pep Guardiola’s squad, therefore the Norwegian could depart this winter.<\/p>\n

Talks are said to be ongoing, with Dortmund fully informed on the details surrounding the 22-year-old’s potential Cityzens exit. Other clubs are also keen on signing Bobb this January.<\/p>\n

Plettenberg\u00a0<\/em>also reports that Egypt international forward Omar Marmoush wants to stay at City despite numerous clubs making enquiries about his availability in recent weeks.<\/p>\n

They report that Villa have registered their interest in the Danish youngster after being dealt a blow in their pursuit to sign talented Real Madrid and Spain U21 striker Gonzalo Garcia.<\/p>\n

Several reports claim that\u00a0Los Blancos\u00a0<\/em>do not want to sell the 21-year-old.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, it has been suggested that the Magpies could be tempted to cash in on Osula, who is also drawing interest from clubs in the Bundesliga, including Eintracht Frankfurt and Stuttgart.<\/p>\n
